We take your privacy seriously and comply with all legislation including the EU GDPR which came into effect on 25 May, 2018.

Collection of information

For orders placed on the website, or by telephone, we collect your name, postal address, postcode, telephone number and email address for billing and delivery (if different). We need this information in order to process payment, to deliver the goods and to contact you in case we have questions about, or problems with, your order. We never store any credit or debit card information. We keep order information for 6 years as some of our products carry a lifetime warranty.

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookie/Tracking Technology

Cookies are used for the duration of your visit so we can identify your session and thus preserve the contents of your shopping cart.

Sharing of information

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud preventions or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

We may share your data with selected third parties in order to fulfil your order. We never sell your data.

We need to share your data with our delivery partners, Parcelforce, DHL and UPS, in order for them to be deliver your order. Our secure payment processor, Sagepay, collects your credit and debit card information in order to process payments.

On some occasions stock may be directly shipped from suppliers and manufacturers. We will therefore need to share your data with them and their courier companies to fulfil your order.

Commitment to Data Security

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Deletion of your personal data

You may request your personal data to be deleted from our database at any time. This includes all order data history which will not be recoverable.
